We ship our products to anywhere ONLY in the Europe* at extremely competitive delivery rates. (*Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Swiss, United Kingdom.) Full tracking available on all deliveries. The estimated delivery times stated on our website are indications only. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery by express courier. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Should it not be possible to ship an order within the expected time we will inform customer via email. No refund of shipping charges will be made for delayed deliveries unless the delivery company agrees to make the appropriate refund to us, or unless a shipping method that clearly indicates a money-back guarantee is chosen. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide full and correct address details registered. We are not liable for any delay or loss caused by incorrect address details being provided by the customer. We NOT ship to APO/FPO mailboxes.

Shipping is expedited. Shipping times are between 7 - 9 days to all major destinations. Delivery fees are not included in the price. Before your order is shipped has to process all your items through control. We use DHL express courier, but we could use other courier for various destinations. Your package from the time it leaves our warehouse all delivery include online tracking. On the day your order is being shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Using this tracking number you will be able to track the package. Please note, for some couriers, the tracking on the web do scan the items quite late. We indicate a "delivery time". These times are to be used as guidelines only. We are not in a position to guarantee that every order arrives within the typical delivery time.

Sometimes if there is a delivery problem, our staff will personally contact express courier to assist you, meanwhile you also can contact your local express courier yourself and maybe the problem will be solved quicker. Please note that the delivery is not possible on saturdays. Please note that we have no influence on the delivery time of the transport companies. If a package arrives with visible damage, opened, wet or has been tampered with please always make a comment on the delivery docket. Wherever possible please take a digital picture of the package and email it to us. We will then deal with the courier company in relation to insurance for the compensation.
